orge has been a partner at Dentons Guevara & Gutierrez since 2002. In the last two decades he has worked on multiple projects and the structuring of investment and financing matters, especially in the natural resource sector for national and international clients doing business in Bolivia. He has also participated in mergers and acquisitions, complex financing transactions, including corporate financing, project finance, and debt issuances, negotiated security packages and wide variety of guarantee agreements. He is well known for his ability to navigate and successfully close complex deals.

Jorge also regularly advises companies on corporate governance and in corporate matters. He has ample experience in advising clients on dispute resolution, focusing especially on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as negotiation, mediation and conciliation.

Jorge is dually qualified to practice law in Bolivia and New York, USA.
