Partner Jose Luis Sosa has focused his practice on commercial law, corporate law, and project finance, with emphasis in mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions.
He provides legal counsel and representation to multinationaland national corporations and financial entities across several industries, including, retail, financial services, telecommunications, logistics, tech, and industry. He has acted as buyer’s and seller’s counsel in landmark M&A transactions, ranging from
acquisitions of blue-chip targets to the purchase of distressed entities. He has further acted as counsel to sponsors, creditors and borrowers in complex, multi-jurisdictional financial transactions.
