Career
Jose Maldonado Stark is member of the business department of the firm RV&HB since 2001 and Partner from 2009. Mr. Maldonado Stark has focused his practice on transactions, international project finance and development, mergers and acquisitions, energy, government procurement and agency and distribution. He has advised local and foreign investors in areas of trade, real estate, infrastructure, and financial intermediation services. Within his clients are the Dominican state, multinational corporations of electromechanical engineering, energy and health, financial intermediaries and institutions, investment funds and asset management, distributions companies and producers of beverages or dedicated to the business sales department. His track record includes important projects in various sectors, including project development and expansion in the Dominican Republic. José has extensive experience in e-commerce, internet law and fintech regulations in the Dominican Republic, assisting consumer-oriented clients such as marketplace platforms, e-commerce, among others.
