Career
Mr. Martini joined Spears Manning after over thirty years of practice, including eleven years at one of Connecticut’s most venerable law firms, where he chaired the white collar defense, investigations and corporate compliance group. A veteran trial lawyer, Mr. Martini has tried more than 20 criminal and commercial cases in federal and state courts and before arbitration panels, and has handled over 20 federal and state appeals.
Mr. Martini was a litigation associate at White & Case LLP, and from 1989 to 1998 served as an Assistant United States Attorney.
