• He has represented companies before the National Superintendence for the Defense of Socio-Economic Rights (SUNDDE), the Superintendence of Banks, the Superintendence of Insurance and Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV).

• Advice and assistance in expropriation procedures and administrative penalty procedures under the law for access to goods and services.
•Advice and assistance in expropriation processes and steps before Cadivi.

•Advice and assistance with Administrative Penalties. Procedure under the Law for Access to Goods and Services (Occupancy Procedure and Procedures before the Ministry of Finance and Cadivi acts).
•Advice and assistance in processes associated with mining rights and subjects relating to the continuity of the concession rights.
•Advice and assistance in Antitrust matters for several banks before Procompetencia, regarding Credit Card Services, pertaining to a claim by the Venezuelan Federation of Associations of Consumers and Users (Fevacu), regarding acquisition services, discount rates, inter-banking or Commerce Commission.
•Advice and assistance in economic concentration process. Along these lines, the Firm conducted an in-depth analysis of the Venezuelan market for veterinary medications to determine whether or not such operation presented restraint to free competition.
•Advice regarding the request for the authorization of a merger for an important transnational mass consumption company with another of great relevance in the manufacturing area. Merger of the two companies before the Free Competition Promotion and Protection Superintendency (Procompetencia), with counsel from the Administrative-Economic Department at Torres Plaz & Araujo, together with the Law Offices of D’Empaire, Reyna, Bermúdez & Associates, and the Legal Departments of the organizations involved.
•Advice regarding Antitrust matters to two airlines. Also provided assistance to such airlines in relation to Administrative and Contentious proceedings relating to claims for alleged cauterizing and abuse of a dominant position before Procompetencia.
•Advice and assistance to the electric sector in the design of strategies for privatization and investment and separation of activities. Drafting contracts and advising on regulatory matters. Assistance in the creation of independent power systems, and advising companies in the electric sector, both on administrative contracts, concessions and bids, and in mining matters.
•Assisted in the preparation, presentation and follow up on administrative appeals before national, state and municipal entities, and Contentious-Administrative, unconstitutionality and constitutional relief appeals before the courts of the Republic. Has also conducted the procedures before the Free Competition Promotion and Protection Superintendency (Procompetencia), the Antidumping and Subsidies Commission (CASS) and the National Telecommunications Commission (Conatel).
•Participation as an expert in ICSID arbitration law in association with the claim for indemnification for the Las Cristinas project.
