Juan Francisco leads the areas of Constitutional Control and Jurisdictional Guarantees and Dispute Resolution of the Firm. He has sponsored countless jurisdictional and constitutional proceedings of high complexity and national and international relevance.
He is recognized for his comprehensive knowledge of the Ecuadorian legal system and his ability to analyze complex legal situations, which has allowed him to position himself as one of the most recognized constitutional and procedural lawyers in the country.
Due to his trajectory and prestige, he has participated as an expert witness in several international arbitrations, both commercial and investment, and in the Inter-American system of human rights, constitutional law and Ecuadorian procedural law.
Juan Francisco complements his professional practice with university teaching, which he has been doing for more than fifteen years, teaching procedural law and constitutional law at the most important universities in the country. He is a frequent speaker at various forums and events specialized in constitutional law and procedural law.
