Juan Manuel has extensive experience in comprehensive tax advice. He regularly advises clients on Argentine taxation and international transactions, including restructurings, non-residents investments in Argentina, foreign Argentine investments, among others. He has experience in tax litigation at the federal, provincial and municipal level.
Prior to joining the firm, Juan Manuel Iglesias Mamone was a Senior Consultant and Manager in the International Tax Services department at Ernst & Young Argentina between September 2015 and April 2018. Formerly, he was an associate at Mitrani, Caballero & Ruiz Moreno in the Public Law and Business Regulation and Tax practices, between April 2011 and August 2015.
He is admitted to practice law in the City of Buenos Aires and is a member of the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies.
Juan Manuel Iglesias Mamone graduated with honours as an attorney from the Universidad Austral in 2012 and in 2014, he obtained a master's degree in Taxation from that same university. He received the Academic Excellence Award from the Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires in 2011 and participated in the IV International Arbitration Competition in 2011.
