Career

Partner since 2000. George Washington University, USA(LL.M., 1995). Universidad de Chile Law School, (LLB, 1990).

He works in the Industrial and Intellectual Property and Competition Law areas, which provide advice to Chilean and foreign clients on requests, agreements and litigation related to such matters. His practice has focused on several fields of Intellectual Property, specializing in issues related to patents, trade secrets, licensing and technology transfers.

Since 2000, he has been in charge of the management of the firm’s Patent Department, a role that involves providing comprehensive advice to clients, both on the prosecution of their applications before the administrative authorities and the enforcement of their rights before the courts of justice.
