Employment and business law specialist. Judy is regularly instructed in claims involving breaches of directors’ duties, fiduciary duties, duties of confidence and restrictive covenants, as well as in pension, bonus and other contractual disputes, including those with an international element. In the employment tribunal, Judy has considerable experience of high value whistleblowing and discrimination litigation. Judy appears regularly in the High Court (both Chancery and QBD), employment tribunals, the EAT, and the Court of Appeal. She represents both claimants and respondents/defendants. Judy often acts as sole counsel and as a junior in multi-day and high value litigation.
