Practice Areas

Julia focuses on intellectual property, data protection, anti-corruption and other compliance matters. She advises clients on a variety of issues associated with the acquisition, licensing and assignment, as well as enforcement of IP rights including trademarks, copyright, patents etc.

In the field of anti-corruption and compliance, Julia deals with policy evaluation and development, internal investigations, risk identification and assessment, representation and defense.

Ms. Semeniy has deep expertise in litigation and other legal proceedings. She represents clients in courts, before the Antimonopoly Committee, Ukrainian Patent and Trademark Office, law-enforcement, customs and other governmental agencies.
