Julia is a senior partner and co-head of the corporate/M&A practice of the Firm. With over 15 years of experience.
She graduated from Law and specialized both in International Business Law and Public Contracts giving her an integral view of the complex structures of these transactions and how to navigate the challenges between the stakeholders.
Her practice is focused on designing, negotiating and implementing a wide range of commercial agreements for clients in the infrastructure, mining, private equity, distressed assets and retail industry amongst others.
The added value of her practice is the ability to structure the necessary legal instruments and vehicles to serve the needs of each one of her clients, ensuring the compliance of all legal requirements and the viability of their objectives.
