Julian combines practical corporate knowledge with in-depth legal expertise.

For more than a decade, Julian has been intensively involved with the interface between corporate and healthcare law as well as all questions regarding the regulation of the LifeSciences, Pharma and MedicalDevice Industry. The focus of his legal work lies in advising pharmaceutical and BioTec companies as well as manufacturers of medical devices throughout the entire life cycle of their products, starting with matters concerning market access, reimbursement and prescribability of pharmaceuticals and medical devices followed by regulatory affairs, procurement and advertising or promotional issues. This includes legal proceedings against competitors or arising from the decisions of regulatory bodies. In addition, Julian advises his clients on transactions within the regulated market, including ongoing regulatory advice and complex restructuring projects.

Julians work includes providing strategic advice, which involves drawing on his far-reaching network of decision-makers, politicians and industry leaders. Against this background, Julian also regularly advises on difficult demarcation issues relating to adjacent sectors such as food supplements and cosmetics and supports clients in their alignment with the European and German markets.
