Career
Julie Mayo is a Houston-based energy transactions partner who has practiced in all sectors of the energy industry for over 15 years. She represents clients on all aspects of project development matters, joint ventures, and major transactions. Her project development experience encompasses all aspects of the project: from construction to commercial contracts and consortium structuring to transportation. She is well-versed in the analysis required to ensure appropriate risk allocations are achieved throughout the value chain and takes a pragmatic and collaborative approach to problem solving in developing projects and negotiating major transactions.
