Her practice focuses exclusively on immigration law. She possesses a sound expertise in corporate immigration matters throughout Canada. She has gained over 20 years of experience in the field of professional mobility, work permits and global immigration. She advises primarily SMEs and multinational companies based in Canada and internationally. She is a strategic adviser to enterprises on all matters pertaining to immigration during mergers and acquisitions or any other major transaction. She also counsels individuals and their families through various stages of their establishment in Canada, either on a temporary or a permanent basis.

Ms. Resetarits has practiced with private firms as well as with the economic development agency Montréal International where she provided training sessions pertaining to work permits and permanent residence to corporations, international organizations and their employees.
