Junya Naito's practice focuses on domestic and international litigation/arbitration, cross-border transactions, and corporate/M&A. A globally recognized expert in international arbitration, Mr. Naito has long-standing experience as both arbitrator and counsel in ICC, JCAA, AAA, and SIAC arbitrations.
Career
Mr. Naito has served as Professor of Civil Advocacy at the Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan, Examiner of the National Bar Examination of Japan (Commercial Law), Special Committee for Civil Litigation Issues of the First Tokyo Bar Association (current), Member of the Tokyo District Court Committee (current), Editorial Committee of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Journal (current), and Advisory Board to the Japan International Dispute Resolution Center (current).
