Under his leadership, the Africa Group has navigated a myriad of financing structures for projects that have had a broad impact on regional development. Justin's work includes advising on the Biovéa Biomass project in Ivory Coast, a pioneering effort in sustainable energy, and the strategic Congo Bridge project, a landmark transnational initiative. He also advised Africa Finance Corporation and the lenders on the financing of the development, construction, and operation of a 300 MW combined cycle tri-fuel power plant in Cap des Biches, Senegal, as well as on the sustainability-linked financing granted to the Raxio Data Centres group, a leading pan-African data centre developer and operator.
