Justin C. Fineberg’s practice includes complex commercial litigation, health care litigation and employment litigation, as well as select commercial transactions. Mr. Fineberg’s experience includes litigating matters in contract, tort and under state and federal statutes. He also litigates high profile employment disputes, successfully defending corporate clients against wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliatory discharge and whistleblower claims.

Mr. Fineberg also represents public and private corporations and individuals in commercial transactions. His practice also includes representing educational institutions and, in particular, companies focused on the development and delivery of online education.

Mr. Fineberg’s law career started with a two-year clerkship for Justice Charles T. Wells of the Florida Supreme Court. He has nearly 25 years of experience litigating complex commercial disputes. This includes serving as co-lead counsel in numerous cases which have proceeded to verdict, obtained several multi-million dollar judgments and awards, and successfully defended various business interests against multi-million dollar claims. He has litigated and arbitrated cases throughout the United States, including Florida, Georgia, Illinois and North Carolina.
