Career
Kara Preedy, Labor & Employment Co-Chair for Europe, is a partner in the Practice Group Labor & Employment in Germany. She advises national and international companies in virtually all areas of individual and collective employment law as well as in corporate transactions. She has deep experience in restructuring and operational changes as well as in high-level exits. Kara also focuses her practice on the design and implementation of working conditions, particularly remuneration models and compliance systems.
Kara regularly gives lectures and seminars in Germany and abroad on issues of German and European labor law and is a lecturer in the MBA program at Quadriga University Berlin.
