Karol Gallardo is a Partner at Mavens, specialized in national and international tax advice to private wealth, family businesses, national and international groups. Karol is regularly involved in corporate restructurings projects, tax planning and optimization processes and projects for individuals and legal entities, wealth protection projects, tax audits and different tax procedures.

She started her professional career in 2007 with in urban planning and administrative law. In 2010, she worked in the legal department of a French insurance company. In 2011, she joined the international and corporate tax department at Ernst & Young, where she gained experience in national and international tax advice for companies and groups from different industries.

Karol actively participates in Mavens International projects in United States, LATAM and the European Union and in projects carried out in BLITA INTERNATIONAL, an international association of which Mavens is a founder member, TTN network, international multi family offices. Karol has participated in national and international events and seminars, webinars, as a speaker for strategic tax processes on tax planning of private wealth, implementation of real estate and business investments, transfer of tax residence and taxation in the Blockchain world, among others.
