For over 20 years she has been advising the largest international and Polish companies in labour and employment law. She advises on a wide variety of issues, including transfer of undertaking, adjusting global procedures to Polish law requirements, restructuring, collective dismissals, hiring and dismissing employees. Her clients include companies operating in the pharmaceutical, hotels and leisure, retail, manufacturing, technology, media and consumer goods industries.

Career

She started professional career as a judge trainee in the district court in the east of Poland from she comes and then for 2 years was a tax assistant in Arthur Andersen.

Publications

She is an author of numerous publications on HR law. She runs workshops for HR professionals and employment lawyers. She is also a mentor of the Employment Masterclass - a comprehensive and practical training in the field of HR law.
