Kate has a substantial employment and tax practice and is regularly instructed in the Employment and Tax Tribunals, Employment Appeal Tribunal and High Court. Kate has appeared in the Court of Appeal without a leader and in the Supreme Court as a junior.

Kate handles all manner of employment cases, including high value unfair dismissal and bonus claims, discrimination, whistleblowing, industrial relations and injunctions. Kate also deals with commercial and tax matters, such as employment status and IR35. Kate's clients include large banking institutions, high street retailers, FTSE 100 companies, government bodies and high profile individuals.

Kate is on the Attorney General's B Panel of Civil Counsel to the Crown.
