She is also one of the very few attorneys in China who have profound intellectual property expertise. She has practiced as an IP lawyer for many years. Ms. Peng has assisted clients in negotiating complex technology licensing contracts and provided services on corporate intellectual property protection strategies. She has represented many intellectual property litigation cases involving disputes over trademarks, patents, copyrights (including software), domain names, unfair competition (including infringement of trade secrets), and technology licensing.
