Katja Paludan is a lawyer and partner at Husen Advokater, where she leads one of the firm’s Real Estate departments. Katja and her team are specialised in real estate M&A, development and optimisation of rental properties, including tenancy law and urban regeneration.
Throughout her career, Katja has advised on large portfolio transactions and significant single asset deals and has led high profile and noteworthy real estate litigation. She works with a diverse range of clients, including both Danish and international private equity funds, pension funds, property companies and developers.
Since 2010, Katja has served as a lecturer in tenancy law at the University of Copenhagen and has acted as lay judge at the Danich Courts for several years. She is also a co-author of various publications on tenancy law.
