Katsumi Shirai represents clients (i.e., global financial institutions, investment funds, multinational corporations) from English and German speaking countries in downstream investments across Asia, particularly in Japan. as well as upstream funding/finance structuring. He manages downstream real estate, securitization, renewable energy, infrastructure (PPP/PFI/Concession) and M&A related business transactions using a wide range of legal frameworks and strategies (including civil and criminal procedures) as well as upstream global/domestic funding structures.
