Kecia Reynolds is a partner in the Intellectual Property practice and Leader of the ITC Section 337 Investigations practice, based in the Washington, D.C. office. Ms. Reynolds is an experienced first chair trial lawyer who has, over the past 20 years, litigated more than 50 cases before the International Trade Commission (ITC), bringing her clients a strong track record of victories.
In the ITC, Ms. Reynolds represents both American and foreign companies as complainants and respondents in cases involving patent and trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and unfair competition in various technical fields, including consumer electronics, networking equipment, semiconductors, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and chemical materials. Ms. Reynolds also represents clients before Customs in disputes involving the ITC’s exclusion orders and redesigned products.
From 2007-2012, Ms. Reynolds served at the ITC as a Senior Investigative Staff Attorney for the Office of Unfair Import Investigations, where she was trial counsel on behalf of the U.S. government. Ms. Reynolds also practices in district court and before the Federal Circuit. She is also a registered patent attorney and practices before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
