As part of the Finance practice at Rutgers & Posch, Kees advises on a broad spectrum of banking and capital markets products. He works for investors and financial institutions, credit rating agencies and companies, startups and government authorities. Kees’ experience includes structured finance, acquisition finance, property finance, bond issues, portfolio transfers and restructurings.
Career
Before he joined Rutgers & Posch in 2013, Kees worked for Clifford Chance, Spigt Curaçao and Linklaters. Kees studied Law in Leiden and London.
Publications
He regularly lectures for students and clients, and publishes in legal journals.
