Kelly has a broad transactional practice, advising clients on the acquisition, sale, financing, development, and leasing of commercial real estate. She regularly represents owners and developers in creating, developing, and operating commercial, residential, and mixed use condominiums and planned communities. Her representations include the acquisition, financing, and sale of individual properties to 1 million+ square foot portfolios; warehouse, industrial, office, and healthcare leasing; ground-up development, including complex urban mixed-use projects; and borrower-side CMBS, construction, and multifamily financing.
