Kelvin is a Director in the Dispute Resolution practice who specialises in resolving complex infrastructure, energy and resource disputes.
His sector experience covers infrastructure projects with complex construction elements, from nuclear power plants and renewables including solar, wind, hydropower and geothermal; to refineries, mines, railways and expressways; to civil works, and giant Ferris wheels, to highly technical areas like soil remediation and rock boring.
He has been recognised in the international arbitration/construction markets for "a keen ability to grasp complex technical issues and break them down into coherent and concise descriptions that can be readily understood by arbitrators"; and for being "an extremely creative lawyer who thinks of solutions that no one else can".
He is highly experienced in advocacy across the entire spectrum of dispute resolution proceedings - arbitration, litigation, mediation, dispute board proceedings and adjudications, seated both within and out of Singapore. Kelvin has also sat as an arbitrator, and is a thought-leader in the construction law space.
