Kendrah Potts is a leading barrister in commercial litigation, sports law and civil fraud. She was on The Lawyer’s Hot 100 Lawyers of 2021, won Sport Junior of the Year in the Legal 500 Bar Awards 2022 and was also nominated in 2023 and 2024. Kendrah’s commercial practice includes advising on all aspects of civil fraud, corporate and business disputes and breach of contract claims, often involving jurisdiction issues and asset recovery. She is recognised in the directories as a leading junior in civil fraud and commercial litigation and is instructed in high profile, complex cases, including two of the largest commercial and civil fraud cases in recent years (PIFSS v Al Rajaan & Ors and Suppipat & Ors v Narongdej & Ors, which were in The Lawyer’s Top 20 Cases of 2020 and 2022).

Kendrah is ranked in band 1 in the directories for sports law and is regularly instructed on high-profile cases, including for Lucas Paqueta, Kieran Trippier, Jannik Sinner, Felipe Massa, Ollie Robinson and Daniel Sturridge.
