Kenneth has particular expertise on senior, unitranche and mezzanine debt packages accessing both bank and debt capital markets; on syndicated and bilateral corporate finance facilities; and on financial restructurings in distressed scenarios, across a wide range of industries including healthcare, retail, professional services, insurance, venture capital, education, agribusiness, technology, telecommunications, media and manufacturing.
