Kerry is a partner in the family law team who specialises in acting for mid to high net worth individuals. She regards her ability to offer a London quality service at regional rates as one of her strengths.

A member of Resolution, Kerry has sat on one of its committees for many years, spoken at various conferences and written many articles on family law. She is happy to negotiate out of court settlements where required but also recognises when litigation is appropriate.

As well as negotiating financial settlements, Kerry's case load includes children work and acting for mothers and fathers in contact, residence and leave to remove disputes. She has also developed an expertise in financial settlements between unmarried parents and in applications for children on behalf of unmarried mothers.

Career

Having trained and practised in London, Kerry has been a partner for over 20 years and qualified for nearly 30 years. She qualified as a mediator in family law in 2017.
