Kimberly leads clients through forming and managing business entities specifically designed to a client’s unique goals and objectives.

Prior to joining Givens Pursley, Kimberly worked at Lord, Bissell & Brook in Chicago, Illinois, and worked as in-house general counsel for a technology firm.
