Career
Kristina regularly handles complex commercial bankruptcy litigation in Chapters 11, 7, 9, and 12, and has handled a number of lender class-action adversary proceedings in Chapter 13. Many of her cases involve parallel criminal proceedings.
Kristina has represented secured and unsecured creditors in commercial litigation, commercial bankruptcies and receiverships; buyers of assets in bankruptcy sales; trustees; and unsecured creditors’ committees. She serves currently as Chapter 11 trustee in a complicated commercial bankruptcy case involving parallel federal and international criminal proceedings.
