Kyson Keebong Paek is a senior attorney at Kim & Chang. His practice focuses on criminal defense, internal investigations, corporate compliance and cross-border litigations. He has represented a number of entities and individuals before various investigating authorities, including the Prosecutors’ Office, National Police, Korea Customs Service, Labor Office, National Tax Service and Korea Fair Trade Commission. He also conducts internal investigations relating to various potential criminal and regulatory matters, and advises companies on compliance issues. Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Paek served as a Public Prosecutor and State Attorney in the Ministry of Justice, and also served in the United Nations Secretariat.
