Lance specializes in representing creditors and navigating financial complexities. He assists creditors in bankruptcy, collections, foreclosures, and securing their interests through Uniform Commercial Code agreements. Additionally, he helps clients with structured liquidations and workouts, aiming for financial resolutions.

Lance's experience extends to drafting and negotiating contracts, loans, and workout agreements. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Business Bankruptcy Law, recognized by the American Board of Certification and the North Carolina State Bar. Lance has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts, focusing on areas such as commercial and corporate fraud, unfair business practices, and financing issues. He is also a Chapter 11 Subchapter V Trustee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Western North Carolina and a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the the Western District of North Carolina.
