Lasse's extensive transaction experience includes individual properties, portfolios and real estate companies as well as the various structures involved, including transactions concerning existing properties, forward transactions and forward funding transactions.
Lasse's experience comprises all relevant parts of a transaction from the beginning till the end, and Lasse also has thorough knowledge of relevant financing.
In addition to that, Lasse has thorough knowledge of the hotel market, and he has represented recognised hotel operators and property owners in connection with the entering into of hotel contracts. Besides, Lasse has advised on transactions relating to hotel properties.
Lasse has further dealt with disputes relating to real estate and he has a right to appear before the Danish High Court.
