Laura Fryan

Practice Areas

Laura Fryan is Co-Chair of Brouse McDowell's Health Care practice. She provides strategic and legal advice to help health care providers, hospitals, health plans, health care companies and business owners succeed in today's environment. Her experience includes advice on HIPAA, Stark and Anti-Kickback compliance, vendor agreements and employment contracts, overpayments and government investigations, reimbursement from commercial and government payors, facility bylaws and peer review plans, and state and federal licensing, and on transactions such as joint ventures, leasing of physician practices, and the buying and selling of hospitals, physician groups, and other health care related entities.

Laura is the author of Brouse McDowell’s article series Compliance Checkup, and she enjoys sharing knowledge through speaking, writing, and her involvement in American Health Lawyers.
