She masters all areas of Criminal Law, and her academic background and practice have led her to excel in the field of Business and Economic Criminal Law, Patrimonial and Corporate offences.
Laura Martínez-Sanz Collados has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1995, having dedicated her professional practice to Criminal Law, and is currently a Partner of Oliva-Ayala Abogados. Her extensive professional experience includes counseling and litigation in Business and Economic Criminal Law, as well as legal assistance in all branches of Criminal Law.
Laura Martínez-Sanz has a degree in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She graduated among the top three students in her class at the School of Legal Practice, and has a diploma in Tax Law. After completing the required doctorate courses she obtained a Research Sufficiency Diploma. She has developed her teaching activity as Associate Professor of Criminal Law at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and has also served as an honorary member of the Criminal Law Department at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
