Laure Bonin has over 18 years’ experience in transactional funding. She is recognized for her expertise and know-how in syndicated finance, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, sustainable finance, and financing of public and private projects (with a focus on financing renewable energy projects in emerging countries). She advises banks, debt funds and borrowers, in France or abroad.
Laure Bonin joined August Debouzy in January 2021 as a partner in charge of the Banking & Finance team. Before joining August Debouzy, she worked at various law firms, including more recently at Herbert Smith Freehills Paris as a partner in the Banking & Finance department.
She was admitted to the Paris bar in 2002.
