I am focused primarily on the needs of companies that are moving goods in and out of the United States to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of the U.S. This includes the admissibility and tariff treatment of merchandise as determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. When necessary, we litigate tariff classification, valuation, penalty, and other matters before the U.S. Court of International Trade.
