Lev is a partner at Philip Lee specialising in domestic and international climate law and policy. He advises on English and Irish law matters.

Lev is a transactional lawyer who focuses on supporting clients with structuring, developing, and investing in climate change mitigation and adaptation projects around the world. He advises clients on emission reduction projects as well as carbon dioxide removal (CDR) through natural and engineered solutions. Lev has a deep understanding of frameworks within the verified carbon market and the evolving international laws under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement.

His sectoral expertise combined with many years’ experience as a finance and projects lawyer has helped Philip Lee to become established as one of Europe’s leading law firms for carbon markets and climate law.

Lev’s practice extends to working with Irish clients on renewable energy project development and finance. He has experience with Corporate Power Purchase Agreements and other forms of offtake agreements in the renewable energy and carbon project sectors.

Prior to joining Philip Lee, Lev spent a decade practising in major international law firms in London, Singapore and Sydney.
