Her track record of complex appellate and district court cases across the country has earned her national recognition.

Her recent matters include:

• Pre-indictment dismissal of novel legal charges under Clean Air Act and the Outer Continental Shelf on behalf of global chemical company and global energy company in separate cases.

• Declination of charges in state or federal environmental criminal investigations in California and Texas on behalf of multiple clients.

• Key advisor to Court Appointed Monitor who oversaw environmental compliance requirements for the world’s largest cruise line company under a five-year court ordered monitorship.

• Representation of the State of Florida in defense of EPA’s approval of the State’s Clean Water Act Section 404 permitting program.
