Lina Håkansson Kjellén has more than 12 years experience of assisting clients with a broad range of complex public procurement matters. Lina assists clients, particularly suppliers, in all phases of a procurement and in other matters connected to securing and performing public contracts. She has extensive experience of procurement litigation and has represented clients in the European Court of Justice, in the Swedish Supreme Administrative Court and in the Swedish Supreme Court.
Lina Håkansson Kjellén is together with Carl Bokwall the co-author of The National Agency for Public Procurement’s Guidance on contract modifications, “Ändringar av kontrakt och ramavtal - möjligheterna i den nya upphandlingslagstiftningen” and is regularly retained as a lecturer at Stockholm University within Public Procurement Law.
