Industry Sector Expertise
With the increase in nuclear verdicts, insurance companies are finding it wise to retain preservation of error counsel to assist the trial team in place with motions in limine, jury instructions, mid-trial motions, and post-trial motions thereby positioning the case for appeal or helping to avoid an appeal altogether. Ms. Clapham and her appellate team at Carney Badley Spellman have developed a robust preservation of error practice on behalf of insurance company clients.
