Ms. Liang also has tremendous experience in providing legal advice on employment relationships, trade unions, trade secret protections, non-compete agreements, collective bargaining agreements, salaries, social insurance, employee benefits, vacations and leaves, occupational health and production safety, and other relevant issues.

Ms. Liang regularly represents clients in negotiation and mediation, and in labor dispute arbitration committees and courts. She also assists clients in dealing with mass incidents such as strike actions. She has gained rich experience in handling various employment and labor disputes.
