Company-side Chapter 11 representations include Endo, China Fishery, Hostess Brands, Perfumania, Molycorp, Pierre Foods, Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets, Allegiance Telecom, The Boyds Collection and NRG Energy, as well as many unreported out of court restructurings. Represents distressed and special-situation investors in connection with distressed mergers and acquisitions as well as various financing arrangements. She has represented clients in multi-jurisdictional and cross-border matters across a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, metals and mining, automotive, general manufacturing, energy, telecommunications, cable, retail and shipping.
