Lorenzo Toffoloni is a dual qualified lawyer with an extensive experience in corporate transactions, merger and acquisitions, both local and international, and counseling clients on various daily corporate and commercial matters.

Career

Prior to joining Andreas Th. Sofokleous LLC in 2011 as a partner, Lorenzo practiced law for eight years with one of the leading Italian law firms, where his practice focused on corporate and commercial law, corporate governance and M&A transactions. He was also seconded for six months in the legal department of the Italian office of one of the biggest provider of IT services in Europe.

After graduating in law from the University of Milan, he obtained an LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School. After the LL.M., he also worked as a visiting lawyer in a medium size law firm of Chicago.

He has been admitted to practice law in Italy and is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
