Lotte Hummelshøj (1963) is a partner with Nielsen Nørager and she has more than 25 years of experience in Danish and EU competition law and public procurement. Her and her team advise on all elements in tender procedures, and acts for both contracting authorities and bidders including in negotiating procedures and complex infrastructure projects. Lotte is highly experienced in litigating cases before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement as well as before the Danish courts. Within competition law she advises on all aspects of competition law, including on pricing policies of dominant undertakings, merger control, distribution agreements, cartel cases as well as state aid cases.
