Louis-Martin is a litigation partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg in Montréal. He brings extensive experience in high-stakes litigation and special situations. His practice covers a broad spectrum of M&A, corporate, securities, commercial and insolvency disputes, court-supervised transactions and restructurings, investigations and white-collar matters. He has been involved in numerous major M&A and securities litigation cases in Québec, including the landmark Supreme Court of Canada’s decision relating to BCE’s proposed $52-billion privatization. He frequently advises boards on governance and sensitive issues. He has worked in the United Kingdom, and is acting for many international clients on multijurisdictional matters.
