Career
Lucero Celeste Ramírez Izaguirre is a lawyer specializing in Civil Property Law and Insurance Law. She is one of the few experts in the joint specialties of civil liability and insurance in Peru.
She has published the book "Nullity of the Insurance Contract," which is part of the Private Law library of Juan Espinoza Espinoza, published by Pacífico of Peru, and she has a recognized academic and professional career.
She was a scholarship recipient of the VII United Nations International Program. She served as a correspondent in the International Litigation and Arbitration Program in Latin America – Mexico. She is pursuing a specialization in Insurance Law at the University of Salamanca, Spain.
